askOdin — AI Judgment Infrastructure for Capital Allocation

// The Doctrine

Judgment is the last unscalable asset.

The first wave of AI drove the cost of information and presentation to zero. Memos write themselves; decks are perfectly polished. What remains scarce — and what strictly determines who compounds capital and who destroys it — is judgment.

We build judgment infrastructure for private capital. The layer mathematically triangulates the three artifacts an institution produces — the shortlist, the memo, and the decision — ensuring judgment is no longer a localized instinct, but a measurable standard.

// The Structural Standard

The Structural Standard.

100,000+ Calibration Corpus
40+ Forensic Dimensions
7 Structural Archetypes
0–100 The Clarity Score

A Universal Taxonomy.

A shared 0–100 Clarity Score™, processed by a deterministic compiler. A number means the exact same thing across funds, borders, and asset classes.

An Immutable Ledger.

Every score is sealed and bound to its source documentation in a Defensible Audit Log™. Decisions are mathematically proven to LPs, not just described.

The Annual Reckoning.

We publicly publish how our infrastructure aged against real market outcomes. A standard that refuses to be measured is simply marketing.

YekSoon Lok

Founder & CEO

Two decades of scar tissue on both sides of the capital table exposed a structural vacuum in private capital. As an early engineer at SilkRoute and builder of digital-rights infrastructure at Reciprocal (acquired by Microsoft), he understood systems. As an angel investor with exits in 3PAR, Twilio, Cloudflare, and Red Hat, he mapped the physics of venture outcomes.

The Founder-Investor Synthesis dictates that market insight provides the raw calibration data; engineering rigor provides the compiler. askOdin is the codification of that discipline into institutional infrastructure.
